Return Policy


Haskins & Co wants you to love your purchases! If you are not completely satisfied with your online selection, please contact us within 5 days of purchase delivery via email at with your return request details.

We will gladly issue a refund to the original credit card used for purchase within 7 days of receipt of the return if the item follows our guidelines below. Please note: processing timelines are dependent on your bank. This refund will include the full value of the items returned, including the relevant taxes, but excluding shipping costs. Please note all items marked as FINAL SALE can not be returned.

If item is damaged or has a manufactured defect upon arrival, please contact us within 5 days to make your claim. Please note: items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty and cannot be returned. Damaged or broken costume jewelry is non-fixable, non-exchangable, & non-returnable.

Return Guidelines

  • Any item requested outside the 14 day time frame may not be returned
  • Merchandise must be new and in original condition
  • Items can not be worn, washed or altered
  • All tags must be in original place
  • Footwear must be in its original box with packaging
  • Packing slip must be included in with return

Jewlery, Intimates, Accessories, Bags, Cosmetics/Beauty, Gift Cards, Custom Items & Sale items.

Shipping & Delivery

Haskins & Co offers free shipping with any purchase $75 or more. All other orders will be charged a weighted estimate for shipping and handling.

If an item is marked in-store pick up only but is requested to be shipped by the customer, appropriate charges will be applied and will be the responsibility of the customer.
